Marquard Christen is a partner in the Competition and Public Procurement groups at CMS Switzerland. Marquard advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of Swiss and European Union competition law including horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control, and civil antitrust matters. Over the past twenty years, he has served as counsel in a number of Switzerland’s most important competition cases including matters before the Supreme Court of Switzerland. Marquard is a member of the Steering Committee of the global CMS Competition Group and of the Expert Committee on Digitalisation of the Swiss Bar Association.
