Megan Silverman has 11 years of experience overseeing e-discovery and review both in the US and India and has managed the end-to-end lifecycle for e-discovery and review for dozens of Fortune 100 companies and top law firms. Prior to re-joining QuisLex, Megan was a director at Elevate, running the e-discovery and document review department and building out Elevate’s data breach business line. Before Elevate, Megan was a senior project manager at Inventus (now Consilio), overseeing large data collections, data processing, constructing workflows for various litigation and breach reviews, and utilizing technology to increase efficiencies across reviews to meet tight deadlines. Megan was previously a litigation manager at QuisLex in Hyderabad, India for four and a half years, where she simultaneously managed many active matters with large teams. Megan earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School and is admitted to the New York bar. During Covid lockdowns, Megan realized she had a lot of free time and went ahead and earned her Environmental Law LLM from Lewis & Clark Law School and her 200-hour yoga instructor certification.
