Michael leads UHY Prime’s legal and technology consulting services. He has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, information scientist and legal operations consultant. His multi-disciplinary team designs and enables operating environments for clients in multiple industries including life science/healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, consumer staples and technology. He has held leadership roles in international law firms, legal departments and alternative legal service providers. Michael has supported hundreds of engagements across more than sixty countries.
Michael is a licensed attorney in both Washington and Oregon, USA. With a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington, Michael also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Information Privacy and Adaptive Leadership. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
