Michael in a partner at Tyr LLP in Toronto, Canada. His litigation practice includes complex commercial matters, class actions, private arbitrations, public inquiries and investigations. Michael represents publicly-traded and privately held companies, directors, officers, shareholders and professionals in all manner of disputes, before courts, arbitral tribunals and regulators.
Michael is the Vice-Chair of the ABA\’s Business and Corporate Litigation Committee subcommittee on Class and Derivative Actions, co-authored the Cross-Border and Multijurisdictional Proceedings chapter in the ABA’s annually published Recent Developments in Corporate and Business Litigation, and was a contributing author to the fourth and fifth editions of Defending Class Actions in Canada.
