ABOUT
As one of the go-to transactional attorneys on Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Trust Team, Steve regularly advises banks and other financial institutions in asset-backed securitizations, collateralized loan obligations, corporate and municipal debt transactions, custodial arrangements, and warehouse facilities. He also represents trustees, agents and other fiduciaries in corporate debt financings and other complex commercial loan transactions. He is actively engaged with the work being done by Nixon Peabody’s Black Resource Group, LGBTQA Resource Group, and Pro Bono Committee, mentors law students and junior attorneys, and has co-founded an LGBTQIA organization focusing on underserved communities in the Boston metro area. Additionally, in 2021, Steve served as the inaugural Rhodium Fellow in International Trade and Economics with the American Mandarin Society.
