Timothy McTaggart is a partner at McTaggart Law. Previously, Mr. McTaggart was a partner at multiple AM 100 law firms in their financial services groups with a focus on housing finance/financial services regulatory/fintech. Mr. McTaggart also serves as General Counsel of Forethought Advisors, LLC, a lobbying firm with a financial services/housing finance focus. Timothy received his B.A. from Harvard College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
