Vibhuti is a corporate and transactional lawyer with over six years of experience advising multinational clients on M&A, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. She recently earned her LL.M. in Business Law from UC Berkeley School of Law, has sat for the California Bar Exam, and practiced with leading Indian law firms.
