Business Divorce: Episode 1: It’s Definitely You… Not Me

Host Justice Richard A. Licht of the Rhode Island Superior Court leads a panel of experienced business divorce practitioners in presenting a short hypothetical skit and then analyzing frequently raised business divorce issues.  In this episode, the panel tackles preliminary issues to consider when a client is presented by a likely business divorce, including issues of entity type, fiduciary duties, extrajudicial and judicial remedies and factors that may limit the ability of a party to bring suit.  Panel members include Melissa N.
