Business Divorce: Episode 2: I’m Headed for the Big “D” and Don’t Mean “Dallas”

Host Richard A. Licht of the Rhode Island Superior Court leads a panel of experienced business divorce practitioners in presenting a short hypothetical skit and then analyzing frequently raised business divorce issues.  In this episode, the panel tackles additional preliminary issues to consider when a client is presented by a likely business divorce, including rights to books and records, rights and duties of majority and minority owners, rights of owners to employment by the subject company, and potential actions for breach of an operating agreement and misappropriation of business opportunities.  Panel members include Melissa N.
