Gary J. Ross
Gary J. Ross is a leading securities law practitioner in both the venture capital and the online equity investment platform spaces. He is the managing partner of Ross Law Group. Gary has extensive experience forming investment vehicles and advising as to registered and exempt securities offerings. Before founding Ross Law Group in 2013, Gary worked at Sidley Austin and Alston & Bird, as well as the Department of the Treasury, where he was part of the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Gary is the host of the ABA podcast VC Law. Gary is also an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School.
Alan J. Wilson
Alan J. Wilson is Counsel in WilmerHale’s Transactional Department who routinely counsels public company clients on a variety of matters concerning corporate governance and compliance with federal securities laws, particularly with regards to the intersection between law and accounting.
