Judge Stong is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York, sitting in Brooklyn. John Stout is an officer and shareholder with Fredrickson & Byron P.A., a law firm based in Minneapolis, MN. John advises executives, boards, directors, and officers of profit, nonprofit, and benefit corporations on a variety of legal issues.
